Why would they possibly be saying this? Is that correct, or did I miss something. All schools are to have a policy in writing about school observations. Contact the school and ask to see this policy. Falvo, and nobody seems to care. Thats sad that nobody seems to care at all. I have been arguing with them for the last 2 months, using the very arguments in this forum.

Ask to see this policy in writing. As far as your sons diagnosis. Go to the school district office and fill out the paperwork to have him evaluated. Sign the forms right there and then the school has 60 days to the testing.
